NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SOFTWARE. We welcome and encourage all candidates to try a DEMO of both our online and offline software which is available at www.irspreparertest.com. All software purchases (eCourse Lessons, Q&A Software, and eStudy Cards Software) are for a non-transferrable single user license. There are no exchanges or refunds on either the Internet or CD versions of the software. Defective CD materials may be exchanged for the same product within 90 days of receipt of original order. WiseGuides™ will reimburse customer for postage cost to return defective CD at a cost not to exceed the current US Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope Rate.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON DELIVERED LESSON BOOKS. We welcome and encourage all candidates to preview an excerpt, including a complete table of contents, of the RTRP Lesson Book which is available at www.irspreparertest.com. There are no exchanges or refunds on delivered Lesson Books.

If an order is cancelled after processing, but before it is delivered to the designated "ship to" address, a partial credit will be issued only for unopened packages that are refused and returned to WiseGuides™ marked "Return to Sender". A return processing fee of $35 will be deducted from the partial credit based on the original invoiced price per unit. Customer is responsible for all postage/shipping fees for both the original (outbound) shipment to the customer and any incurred costs to "Return to Sender". You must contact our customer service department via phone or email, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received.
